Fiqh and Islamic Sharia
Some scholars say about Islamic civilization that it has three aspects: the first aspect: the relationship of man to his Lord (and this is based on worship), the second aspect: the relation of man to the members of his community, and the third aspect: the relationship of the Islamic nation to other nations that live in its time.
They say that Islamic civilization is based on these aspects and that jurisprudence is the main material for these three aspects (how it is formulated, how it is said, how it is carried out, how it is organized). This is what Islamic jurisprudence answers. Rather, what is meant is that this jurisprudence is revealed to reality and applied, and the Sunnah has come to clarify what is in the dhikr in terms of totality, restricting the absolute, specializing the general, establishing a ruling, and so on.
